State Compulsory Personal Accident and Occupational Diseases Insurance of Workers Employed in High Risk Manufacture
In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan from January, 31, 2000, №4550 it is adopted “State Compulsory Personal Accident and Occupational Diseases Insurance of Workers Employed in High Risk Manufacture”. Compulsory insurance is aimed to ensure insurance protection of the worker and payment of the insurance sum for the labor injury caused to him in case of accident, occupational disease, or other damage of the health connected with execution by him of labor duties.

What to do in case of an insured event?
Immediately, but not later than 3 (three) working days to hand in claim notification to the insurance organization.
