State Compulsory Personal Insurance of Military Personnel and Persons Liable for Call-up, Rank and File and Commanding Staff of the Bodies of Interior Affairs of Turkmenistan
In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan from March, 31st, 2010 № 11018 it is adopted “State Compulsory Personal Insurance of Military Personnel and Persons Liable for Call-up, Rank and File and Commanding Staff of the Bodies of Interior Affairs and Employees of Customs Service of Turkmenistan”. This insurance type is introduced with a view of reinforcing of social security of military personnel and persons liable for call-up, rank and file and commanding staff of the bodies of interior affairs and employees of customs services of Turkmenistan in case of (death), injury(contusion), and disease, inflicted to them during the service period (periodic training).
CalculateWhat we insure against?
In case of death of the insured in the period of active regular service (periodic training), or before expiration of one year after dismissal from service (periodic training), because of injury (contusion), and disease, inflicted to them during the service period (periodic training); In case of disability of the insured during the service period; In case of heavy and light injury of the insured during the service period; In case of ineligibility for health reasons of military personnel during the service period; The insurance sum is paid irrespectively of payments by other types of insurance and payments as trespass compensation.
What to do in case of an insured event?
Immediately but no later than three (3) working days to hand in a written application to the insurance company.
