Voluntary travel insurance against accidents

Voluntary travel insurance is one of the forms of personal insurance. During travel, the life, health and workability insurance of the insured person is the object of personal insurance interest. The Certificate of the State Insurance Organization of Turkmenistan will protect you from unforeseen expenses incurred as a result of accidents during travel.

What we insure against?

Injury of the insured person as a result of an accident during the validity of the insurance contract, or the death of the insured person, or his or her death within one year of the date of occurrence of that event.

What to do in case of an insured event?

Notify the insurance organization immediately, but not later than 3 (three) business days.

Requirements for acquiring an insurance certificate

  • application of the insured person for conclusion of an insurance contract (insurance certificate);

  • list of insured persons

Necessary documents for the payment of the sum insured?

  • when the insured person is injured:

    - application;
    - insurance certificate;
    - certificate of 195/h form, approved by Order of the Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan dated May 17, 2019 No. 135;
    - copy of the passport or other identity document.

  • when the insured person receives a disability:

    - application;
    - insurance certificate;
    - copy of the passport or other identity document;
    - copy of the insured person’s disability identification certificate from the health and social expert commission (HSEC)

  • in the event of the death of the insured person:

    - application;
    - insurance certificate;
    - copy of the passport or other identity document;
    - copy of death certificate;
    - copy of certificate of inheritance of the insured person’s heir.
