Voluntary civil liability insurance for animal owners
Voluntary civil liability insurance for animal owners is one of the types of liability insurance. The object of insurance is the civil liability of the insured person in relation to the ownership, use and disposal of animals belonging to the owner of the property on the basis provided by law. Under the terms of the insurance, harm to the life and health of the animal by third parties; damage to the property of third parties; in relation to the harm caused to the life, health and (or) property of third parties, the insurance costs of the insured person (the responsible party) are the case of insurance.
What we insure against?
Against the obligations arising in the event of damage to the life, health and (or) property of third parties as a result of the sudden and (or) aggressive behavior of the animal specified in the insurance contract.
What to do in case of an insured event?
Notify the insurance organization immediately, but not later than 3 (three) business days.
