Requirements for acquiring an insurance certificate

2) Copies of claims of third parties for the last 3 (three) years related to notarial activities;

3) A copy of the notary’s office license to carry out notarial activities;

4) A certification document issued by the certification commission for the right to carry out notarial activities for employees of a notary office.
Necessary documents for the payment of the sum insured?

1) Statement from the policyholder regarding the insured event;

4) Application by injured third parties to claim compensation;

5) A document from competent organizations confirming the fact of the insured event and the amount of damage;
